About the event
Everyone knows I've been obsessed with pole ever since my guru told me that yoga has no pull motion. My guru suggested more pullups, but my spirit suggested pole dancing! It is such a great workout, utilizes the pull motion that a push-dominant yoga practice lacks, and creates new levels of awareness in our bodies. Plus, it has greatly improved my own yoga practice.
