SHIPPING & RETURNS
I offer free standard shipping on orders over $135 within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Packages will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate Mail unless another shipping method is selected.
Expedited shipments placed Monday – Saturday prior to 2pm (PST) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm (PST) will ship the following day. Orders placed on Sunday will ship on Monday.
While most orders are processed within 24-hours, orders may take 2-4 business days to process prior to shipment.

Pre-orders take 4-5 weeks for delivery as they are hand carved in India and overseas shipping takes 2-3 weeks for delivery to my business in Los Angeles.
Concierge/Dirty Diamonds by JSJ
Shipping and delivery of Concierge or Dirty Diamonds by JSJ are case by case basis. Shipping however will be free and ensure the Dirty Diamonds are secure while traveling.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are accepted on all unworn, unbroken items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unbroken, and in original packaging. To process your return please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges are subject to a $10 shipping/processing fee. The jewelry must be unworn and sealed in the original packaging.
Please note that on Returns for orders that qualified for Free Shipping, original shipping fees paid by me are not refundable. The actual shipping cost paid by me on the items being returned will be deducted from the amount due to you.
In the rare event of a manufacturing issue with an item I have made for you, I will correct the issue free of charge.
I guarantee our items will arrive in excellent condition, brand new, and unused – hand made just for you and your piercing.
My limited manufacturer’s warranty is 90 days from the day you receive your order. Please contact us if you have an issue with a piece that you have bought recently that is not working correctly.
Return shipping labels are only available to customers in the USA, sorry to our International customers – our prepaid labels only work in the domestic USA. If there is a warranty related issue on a purchase, we will reimburse you the return shipping cost via PayPal only.
